Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
When you register for Identity Defense 247, we collect the necessary information to provide and manage our services. This includes your account administrator information (name, email, company name), the domains you wish to monitor, and VIP external email addresses provided for enterprise tracking. Payment and billing information is collected directly by our secure payment processor (Stripe) and is not stored on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information strictly to deliver, maintain, and improve our threat intelligence services. Your queried domains and emails are processed to cross-reference known breach databases. Administrator contact details are used for delivering automated alert emails, routine reporting, billing notifications, and occasional service updates. Please refer to our Data Use Policy for explicit commitments regarding employee privacy and our zero-data-sale guarantee.
3. Information Sharing and Third Parties
Identity Defense 247 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal or corporate data. We share information only with trusted third-party service providers acting on our behalf, such as secure cloud hosting (Supabase), payment processing (Stripe), email delivery infrastructure, and our proprietary threat intelligence partners. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
4. Cookies and Advertising
Our public-facing marketing website utilizes cookies and tracking pixels (such as Google and Meta/Facebook pixels) to analyze site traffic and deliver targeted advertisements to potential B2B customers. These tracking mechanisms are strictly isolated from your secure, authenticated dashboard and do not have access to your organization's security audit data.
5. Data Security and Retention
We implement robust, industry-standard security measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. We retain your account information and scan history only for as long as your subscription is active. Upon account cancellation and deletion, all associated scan data, domains, and tracked emails are purged from our active databases.
6. Your Data Rights
You have the right to access, modify, or delete the personal and corporate information associated with your account. Most of these actions can be performed directly within your dashboard. For further assistance, or to request a full data export or deletion, please contact our support team.
