1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Identity Defense 247 platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
Identity Defense 247 provides automated employee credential monitoring, dark web risk auditing, and related compliance templates for B2B clients. The Service queries proprietary and third-party threat intelligence indices to identify potentially compromised credentials associated with your registered domains or authorized VIP external emails.
3. Authorization and Fair Use
You explicitly warrant and represent that you possess the legal authority, ownership, or administrative rights to scan and monitor any domains or external email addresses you submit to the Service. The Service must not be used for unauthorized surveillance, corporate espionage, or scanning domains you do not own or manage.
4. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation
The Service is offered on a recurring monthly subscription basis (e.g., Business Pro or Enterprise tiers). By subscribing, you authorize Identity Defense 247 (via our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard portal. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no prorated refunds will be issued for partial months.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to provide accurate and timely threat intelligence, Identity Defense 247 does not guarantee that our indices contain every existing breach or that your systems are entirely secure even if no breaches are detected. We are a monitoring tool, not a replacement for robust IT security practices.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Identity Defense 247 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or any unauthorized access to your systems resulting from compromised credentials.
7. Modifications to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
