Overview
This guide covers trials, plans, workspace basics, and how to reach us about invoices. For product setup, see Getting started.
Trials and cancellation
The 7-day trial requires a credit card. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. During the trial you receive full access for the plan you selected.
There are no long-term contracts on standard plans. Cancel anytime from billing settings in your workspace, or email support if you cannot access the account.
Plans at a glance
- Starter — small teams; limited monthly checks and a clear action list
- Pro — continuous monitoring for one primary company domain, unlimited employee mailbox coverage, reports and alerts
- Enterprise — multiple domains, VIP / executive tracking, and dedicated onboarding support
Compare details on Pricing. Annual billing includes savings versus month-to-month.
Account and workspace
Sign in from Workspace. Account settings let you update your email and password. Invite teammates from team access when your plan allows.
Domain changes and verification happen in the dashboard after you are signed in. Only claim domains you own or are authorized to manage.
Invoices and receipts
Receipts are typically emailed to the billing email on the subscription. If you need a copy or a change to the billing contact, email support@identitydefense247.com and include the account email or domain on the subscription.
Do not send payment card numbers by email. Update card details through the secure billing portal in your workspace when available.
Common billing questions
How quickly do you respond? We usually reply within 48 business hours.
Where do I get billing help? Email support@identitydefense247.com with the account email or domain associated with your subscription.
Can I change plans? Yes — upgrade or switch from pricing or billing in the workspace. Email us if you need help mid-cycle.
Contact support
Email support@identitydefense247.com or open Contact & Support to schedule a call. Include your domain, a short description of the issue, and what you already tried — never passwords or full card numbers.
